Meat, Poultry, and Seafood Vendors

The Co-op carefully selects quality meat, poultry, and seafood items to stock our meat case. We're proud to offer products from these vendors.

Oregon Country Beef
Free of antibiotics, hormones, and growth stimulants. Vegetarian diet: No GMO or animal by-products in feed. Beef raised in balance and harmony with nature.

Sara-Joe's Pork Products
Small, family-owned, USDA-certified organic farm. Unconfined, humanely, sustainably raised and processed. No antibiotics, hormones, animal by-products, or GMOs.

Beeler's Naturally Pure Pork
Independent family farmers. Good stewards of the environment. Vegetarian diet: No antibiotics, hormones, or growth stimulants. "The additives are gone, but the flavor remains!"

Diestel Turkey Ranch
Grown and processed on the family-owned ranch since 1949. Vegetarian diet: No antibiotics, hormones, or animal by-products. Freedom to roam the range. A caring, humane environment.

Hempler's
Locally owned and family operated since 1934. No nitrates, nitrites, glutens or MSG used. Low in sodium and fat. Beef products made with all natural Oregon Country Beef.

Isernio's
Animals raised humanely, with minimal processing. No antibiotics, hormones, or animal by-products used. Animals raised humanely with room to roam.

Applegate Farms
Small family-owned farm since 1987. Animals are fed an all-vegetarian diet. No antibiotics, hormones, or animal by-products used. Animals raised in wide open fields with room to roam.

Rosie The Organic Chicken
Sustainably farmed to maintain and enhance ecological harmony. Vegetarian diet. No antibiotics, hormones, GMOs, or animal by-products. Raised and handled with respect and care in a humane manner with space to roam.

Draper Valley Ranger Chicken
Raised in a low-stress, fresh-air environment; free to roam from barn to yard. Vegetarian diet, no animal by-products, antibiotics or hormones. Grown in fertile valleys of Washington. Humanely raised and processed.

Umpqua Valley Lamb
A three-family operation. Animals are pasture-raised with freedom to roam. Raised on clover grass without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Lean, mild-tasting lamb.

Jackson's Smoked Seafood
Locally owned, operated, produced, and distributed. Quality products. Wild smoked salmon, no artificial ingredients used.

Wildcatch
All Natural wild-caught salmon. Harvesting on "certified sustainable" wild salmon from fisheries that meet the Marine Stewardship Council's environmental standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery.

Lummi Island Reefnetters
Dedicated to a selective and sustainable harvest of the highest quality wild salmon in the world. Using perhaps the oldest form of net fishing in the world, fishery experts have called it "…the model for sustainable salmon fishing."
