Employees are hired on a three-month trial period with an
evaluation at three months and annually thereafter. For most
positions the Co-op's starting wage is $7.45 (or more depending
on experience), with pay increases based on hours worked.
Promotions are considered from within the workforce whenever
possible. Scheduled workdays and shifts may vary with schedules
posted three weeks out. Applicants must have a flexible schedule
and be available evenings and weekends. Neat appearance, personable
attitude, and attention to detail are required. For more details,

Current Open Positions
Our meat and seafood department is seeking an energetic individual
for a full time position. Must have flexible schedule. Previous
customer service, food handling and retail grocery experience
a plus, but not necessary. For more details see the Meat
