Co-op Service Desk

Our amazingly dedicated Co-op service desk reps provide a lot of service everyday. They answer questions, provide information, and generally serve everyone who enters the store—shoppers, members, and other employees. They answer the phone—five incoming lines—with a cheery greeting and answer hundreds of member and shopper questions daily. See our FAQs for some questions commonly answered by our service desk staff.

Our Co-op service desk reps are available during Co-op hours—from 8 am to 9 pm everyday with an answer and a smile. Below are some things you can get, learn, or buy at the Co-op service desk. They also handle many special, unique, or once-a-year events and services. Stop by and say hello the next time you're in the store.
